The "Please Don't Screw Us Over" Cancellation Policy.
We take reservations with a credit or ATM card deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. If you show up, the deposit is applied to your total amount due. If you fail to show up, or fail to cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your start time, the deposit is forfeited to compensate us for the loss of availability of the room.
Cancellation MEANS that you speak directly to Tom or Mike and absolutely CANCEL. "Cancellation" does not include any statement that you MIGHT NOT show up, or use of any other sort of weasel words. "Cancellation" can NOT be accomplished by voice mail, email, fax or any other means of communication than by directly talking to Mike or Tom.
